Hi guys here is a pic of one of my favorite chicks this year. Im thinking its a hen.... (she dosnt have the extra long legs).

She is the product of my 2 year old white spalding male who was penend with 2 pied spalding hens.... the daddy has a nice large yellow patch so am hopeing this girl will too. She sure has an impressive crest so far.

.... I also got some nice pied spalding chicks from this breeding.

Hello Kat,

Very Nice chicks, love that pied spalding chick on the right. Is that a hen chick or do you know yet?

Oh Kat they are BEAUTIFUL!

I love your favourite one best I think. I would really like to try and hatch some white peas next year but I wonder how to introduce them to Venus and Milo so they dont fight.

Anyway congratulations on your stunning babies!

xxx

I am thinking the one with the most white is a male.... the other is a female..... but with spaldings its hard to tell since the hens have barring too.... but thats my guess so far.
