well, i do have one thats trying to hatch, but i got another egg from the zoo at the same time... the egg was on its own, abandoned with no other casings around it.... i thought it was done for but put it in the incubator anyway at the same time as my other and im starting to see movement now... really LATE movement... do i pip a hole into the air sac for it?

You should have an email from me in reply to your message unless it got stuck in your
spam filter.
Now, about the second egg--from first peeping and pecking it will take at least 24 hours for
a pip to penetrate shell. A chick of any species must begin work on escape from shell
way before the blood stops flowing through umbilical but this blood flow must stop before
chick kicks off the half shell.
