Has anyone ever tried raising Faverole chickens? I bought some eggs on ebay, because the breed description (everywhere I looked) describes them as very docile. We've been dealing with a couple of feisty cochin bantam roosters, and they are more than my daughter wants to contend with. I think they are finally going away, because if they don't go soon, they are going to be Sunday supper.

Anyway, the Faveroles are supposed to be docile and also good for a variety of things, so I am optimistic that they will work out well once we divest ourselves of the riotous hooligans.

Thanks!
