I noticed this with my blackshoulder peahen, Ice, and with India Blue females I have seen.

Does that mean they have a slight bit of green in them? So that would mean they are not pure, but a little mixed right? Also it is a bit of baby blue too near her eye, like just the slightest bit, which I have no idea what that would be.
