I finally found me a yearling Midnight Blackshoulder White Eye Peacock to pair up with my White Eye Peahen Split to Midnight. What type of ratio would I get from breeding those two together? I would also like to breed my Midnight Blackshoulder White Eye Peacock with an IB peahen. Would i just get birds that are split to midnight bs white eye or would i get a combination of both being my peacock carries the white eye gene? Here's a pic of my Midnight White Eyed Pair

Andy
The white-eye gene is the only pattern that only needs one parent to carry it to produce white-eye chicks. Breeding the midnight BS white-eye male to the blue w.e. hen split midnight 50% should be midnight color split to blackshoulder and all chicks will be white-eyes unless the hen is split to blackshoulder than you would get some BS. Breeding him to a india blue hen all chicks will be split to midnight and blackshoulder some will show the white-eye gene.
