My Grandparents sent me this joke, I think it is a real story too...

The highlight of our zoo trip was a peacock showing off its plumage. My four year old son was particularly taken with it. That evening he couldn't wait to tell his father. "Dad, guess what! I saw a Christmas tree come out of a chicken!"

Have a wonderful Christmas and I hope a Christmas tree will come out of your chicken. Very Happy

Last week, the ladies in the area had our holiday lunch at a local restaurant. The restaurant's tree was peacock-themed. The pea-feather ribbon was absolutely beautiful. Peacock-theme trees have been popular for a few years. The fun part about this restaurant is that it's owned/managed by a chef school. Food is delicious.

Since we live in a semi-rural area, a group of 12-16 ladies have been getting together for a monthly lunch for over 20 years. It's how we keep in touch with one another and make sure we're available when a neighbor might need us. The men also have their own monthly lunch. They call their group the "Romeo" club. (Romeo stands for Really Old Men Eating Out.) I think we should call our group the "Juliet" club. It could stand for Just Us Ladies _____ (fill in the blanks). Any ideas to finish the name?
