I have just hatched peafowl for the first time. I have 2 Indian Blues born earlier this month. I have them indoors right now but intend to put them outside this weekend, in a raised cage/coop environment. Right now I'm interested in their feeding needs and how to sex them. One seems much larger then the other and the large one fairly consistently walks around with tail fanned and puffed. The larger one has always had the more crisp coloring on the feathers. Thanks for the help.

Male India blue peachick will have rust red flight feathers. Female will have brown flight feathers. But if they are not purebred this may not be true for them
