  How big of a opening from coop to flight pen for a Peafowl?

Hi, I need to cut the opening from the coop into the pen, I have a Human door that does into the Pen and another that goes into the coop, I was not planing on making a human door from coop to pen, SO how big of a opening should I cu in the wall to allow them to go in and out on there own? Thanks

Mine have never had a "coop" I think as long as it's somewhat enclosed on the sides and roof and they had a board to roost on they should be fine.
