i am just starting out and trying to learn the genetics of the birds... give me cats and dogs and i can tell you all. I have done some research on the web tring to find a difference between a white eyed and a normal of the same color. any help along with pics would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a photo from the UPA website (www.peafowl.org) that shows a white-eyed or "white eye" male:

The "white eye" bird has white spots in the eyes of the tail feathers.
